Documents Required for Application & Registration
To apply or register for a programme, you are required to attach the following documents:

  • Non-Refundable application fee KES.1,000 or 10USD for Diplomas & KES. 1,500 or 15USD for Bachelors.
    (Payment account details provided at the end of the online application process)
  • Copies of all academic transcripts and certificates (secondary & post-secondary if any)
  • Recent passport size photo (less than 2MB)
  • National Identity Card or Birth certificate (Kenyan Applicants)
  • Passport bio-data page (International Applicants)
  • Secondary School leaving certificate (Kenyans) or recommendation letter
  • For Recognition and Equation of qualification certificates.(For all holders of Foreign Qualifications) Visit the Kenya National of Qualifications Authority(KNQA).
  • Non-Refundable application fee of KES. 2,500 or 25USD.

  • Copies of all academic transcripts and certificates for each institution previously attended. (including secondary school results certificate)
  • Certified or official transcripts of your most recent qualification to be sent to us directly by the issuing institution.
    (Can be sent to the email address Admissions.Office or sent through postal mail P.O Box 24686-00502 Karen, Kenya)
  • Recent passport size photo (less than 2MB)
  • National Identity Card (Kenyan Applicants)
  • Passport bio-data page (International Applicants)
  • Filled out Recommendation forms.
    (These will be automatically sent to your referees upon providing their contact details in the application portal)
  • Scanned (Soft copy of approved Masters Thesis (for PhD applicants)
  • A curriculum vitae/resume (for PhD applicants)
  • Commission for University Education (CUE) Equation certificate:
  • (For all holders of Foreign Qualifications) Visit the CUE website for more details
These additional documents will be required.
  • Proof of English proficiency: For those from non-English-speaking countries
  • An Official translation of academic documents: where applicable
Resident International Students
  • Certificate of Good Conduct or Police clearance
  • A current financial guarantee (sponsor) letter
  • Sponsor’s National passport bio-data page
  • Two recent passport size photographs
  • National passport bio-data page
ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE PROCESSED.
Complete applications received after the deadline will be processed for the next viable intake.
